BETHANY DILL
Owner & Physical Therapist
Bethany Dill received her degree from University of Mississippi Medical Center following attending Mississippi State University. She has practiced in pediatrics since graduation as well as some work with outpatient orthopedics. Pediatrics of all ages has always been her love. She has been in private practice since 2001, but opened Fly High Pediatric Therapy Center in July 2023. She is a long term Ocean Springs resident along with her husband Michael Dill and three girls.
LAUREN BRELAND
Physical Therapist
Lauren graduated from the University of South Alabama with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2017 and has been passionate about working with children in the pediatric field ever since. A lifelong Alabama native, she lives in Mobile with her husband and their 3 girls.
RACHEL PENNY
Physical Therapist
Rachel graduated from the University of South Alabama with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2024. She went straight into pediatrics after graduation and has loved working with this special population. Rachel is from South Carolina but now lives in Biloxi with her husband. She cannot wait to serve your child and help them reach their true potential.

Physical Therapist Assistant
Sarah Pannell graduated from Physical Therapy Assistant school in 2007 and has spent the majority of her career working with pediatric patients. She lives in Vancleave with her husband and 2 children.
ALLISON SCHISLER
Occupational Therapist
Allison Schisler earned her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of South Alabama in 2009. She has been working in pediatrics since graduating, dedicating over 16 years to helping children build the skills they need to thrive in everyday life. Allison is from Ocean Springs, MS, has 3 kids and is passionate about helping children.
JESSICA CREEL
Occupational Therapist
Jessica graduated with a Master of Occupational Therapy from University of South Alabama in 2011. She has spent the past 14 years working in pediatrics and previously owned a private practice for 9 years. She is proud to call Ocean Springs home, where she has lived her whole life. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children.

My name is Cecelia Prentiss, and I have been a pediatric occupational therapist for a little over 2 years now! I graduated from the University of South Alabama with my Masters in Occupational Therapy in December 2023. I am originally from Biloxi and now live in Ocean Springs. I love being able to help children build essential skills through OT and achieve their goals!

Tara Elliott, earned her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from The University of Tennessee in 1998. A native of Greenville, Mississippi, she has been part of the Mississippi Gulf Coast community since 2018. LINDSEY GROCE

My name is Lindsey Groce and I’ve been a pediatric occupational therapist for about 3 years now! I graduated in 2023 from UMMC with my doctorate in Occupational Therapy, and then went on to complete a year long pediatric fellowship focusing on treatment and interventions for ages birth to 5. I’m originally from Gulfport, and am excited to be back here serving children and families along the coast!

KAREN SEIBOLDT
Speech Therapist
Karen Seiboldt, M.S., CCC-SLP, is a speech-language pathologist with over eight years of experience in outpatient pediatric care. She earned her Master’s degree in Communication Sciences from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.Karen specializes in childhood apraxia of speech and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), supporting children with complex communication needs. She is trained and certified in PROMPT, DIR/Floortime, and the SOS Approach to Feeding, allowing her to provide comprehensive, individualized care that addresses both communication and feeding challenges.
KELLY GEISER
Speech Therapist
My name is Kelly Geiser, and I have been a speech-language pathologist for the past 24 years. I obtained my Bachelor of Science Degree in Speech & Hearing Sciences from Delta State University in 2000, and my Master of Science Degree in Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology from Jackson State University in 2002. I have been practicing as a school-based SLP and will be retiring in 2027! I am so excited to continue my professional journey here at Fly High Pediatric Therapy Center! I have been married for the past 20 years to my husband, Nick, and have 3 beautiful children. In my spare time, I love spending time with my family and friends, boating, shopping, and traveling.

My name is Shelby Blades. I was born and raised in Ocean Springs. I graduated with a Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from The University of Southern Mississippi. I have had the opportunity to work with both adults and children throughout my career. I have found a love for working with children because it is incredibly rewarding to watch them grow in their ability to communicate, and build strong relationships with their families.

My name is Sherri Irwin and I am the office manager. I attended MGCCC and Mississippi State University and was the hospital manager for a large veterinary hospital where I worked for 38 years. I live in Ocean Springs with my spoiled pets and have 2 grown children that I love spending time with. I enjoy watching our patients and therapists interact and am proud to be a part of the team!
